"Even though I requested a roll away bed in my room over the net when I booked my stay, I was told that one wasn't available only after asking several times through out the day. The King size bed that I slept on was hard as a brick and the pillows were little and too soft. Instead of soap and complimentary hygiene items being made available in the bathroom I had to ask several times to get the most limited supply of them, eventhough there were five people staying in the room. I was told sheets and blankets for the couch bed were in the chest of drawers, but when I went to make the bed in the middle of the night they weren't there and I had to send one of my children to the desk to pick them up, because the desk refused to send them up."
